We have taken a lot of steps to ensure both our staff and our customers feel safe and secure when in any of our venues.
All of our staff received full COVID training in conjunction with the new company handbook which was created before they returned to work. Each staff and service area is equipped with FAD chemical spray, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizing gel (70% alcohol) with procedures in place for when staff need to sanitize throughout their shift. We have implemented the government advised distancing between tables and social distancing is adhered to throughout all restaurants. In addition, we have customer sanitization stations located at the entrance and on every floor in the buildings with HSA signage also in place.
In addition please see below booking guidelines for all Oliver Dunne Restaurants:
1. All tables are allocated 1 Hour 45 Minute sittings as per Government legislation.
2. We have improved our service delivery and offering to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your time with us. We ask that you please arrive on time for your reservation as we cannot guarantee tables for late arrivals. Tables will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes.
3. We appreciate plans change, emergencies happen – please call and let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking as soon as possible.
